Intro brought to you by fruity loops
No strength to the melody, like the rest of the album, it feels weak
Clarity of drum tracks over shitty melody makes the two feel disconnected
The half wubs arent nearly hard enough
Here we go, same weak riff over and over repeated again for me
Over 3 minutes in, it starts going somewhere
doesnt actually get anywhere
More static nonsense, good
yeah thats still going
still going
still going

It feels like its ready to drop into another song, but nothing comes. The mid section feels like they are trying to be all like 'wow this is the epic climax blowout of the album', but as its so muted and dull and everything before it was muted and dull there is no impact at all.

A wet fart in the face to top off what was merely a not set jelly served still in the mould.

I love Contact.

I love the whole album. It just keeps getting better with every listen and it's really growing on me now. I really can't understand the people unhappy with it because I just think it's immense!

Immense?

There isnt a single impactful moment on the entire album.

Get real.

Im listening to Human After All now, seeing as its acknowledged as their worst work before this, and pretty much all of the tracks have more going on and momentum to them than strawberry floating Contact.

I can understand why you don't appreciate it when you think the pinnacle of musical innovation is Metallicas S&M album.

Maybe start with something like Basshunter - probably more on your level.

And are you seriously claiming people dont like this album because its too deep for them, rather than the fact that its just a bit gooseberry fool?

Contact isn't even the best song on the album.

Yeah you got to feel it. It's music on another level.

8/10 album.

Even contact. Believe me I'm not trying to be negative for the sake of it this but it's just doing nothing for me.

That's bound to happen when you get an attempt at arty stuff.

There are some good songs on this album. Contact is not among them.

Just gave it a listen, I'm in the not that good camp, most of the album sounds like the guest artists decided to make a compilation album of music from old porn. Almost every track went on too long to the extent that they might as well have been looping.

Listened to this again, and the songs I do like are rather good. Nice to listen to out loud with the bass pumping. But there just aren't enough good songs on the album for me to rate it highly. I still find it odd I like the songs with Pharrel in them, despite finding him and his voice very annoying.

Not a terrible album, it just hasn't grabbed me.

After a couple of listens I think that's how I'd describe my feelings towards the album.

I quite like Georgio by moroder and Lose yourself to dance is very catchy but nearly everything else is average at best. I utterly hate Touch.
