New Front Mission coming to 360?

Square Enix bringing new mystery title to Xbox 360.

Oh, surprises... we love surprises!

All they'll tell us is that this new game is based on one of their existing IPs, so a little research narrows the candidates considerably. Mechs? A futuristic city? Well at the risk of being taken out by the Sueenix lawyer ninjas, we'd have to guess that the mystery title rhymes with "Brunt Fission." If this ends up being true, then can we expect more of the tactical brand of role- playing strategy that the mech series is well known for? Or do the creators have something different in mind for the shooting loving Xbox crowd?
Apparently, all will be revealed at E3 in June. Check back next issue and we'll have all the answers.

I really liked Front Mission 3, but I haven't played one since. Anyone played the DS version? I see they've got it at VG+ for just over a tenner.

Yeah Front Mission 3 was ace never managed to pick up 4.

I should get around to playing my copy of Front Mission 3 one of these days, it's been sat there for years untouched... :shifty:

It's an amazing, amazing little game. Shotguns in games are usually satisfying - sticking a giant shotgun into the hands of a two-tonne Wanzer striding the battlefield was... even more satisying.

I have so many random games that I haven't touched, another example is Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat on PSX. I've had that for a good 6 or 7 years and haven't even tried it! :lol:

Blimey! Square certainly showing the 360 some loving. That will make 7 360 exclusive(if you include the 3 upcoming XBLA titles), with 1 timed exclusive and 0 on PS3 :shock:

Er... I thought one of the FFXIII games are exculsive to the PS3?

It is weird that Square are so in love with 360 when they release a demo in Japan the console shifts 40k more than usual :lol:

Front Mission 3 remains the only game in the series I've played too, but I absolutely loved it at the time. I played it through to the end twice, taking a different path second time around that changed things considderably. I must have spent hours on the in-game "internet" alone!

So, lets hope it actually gets a UK release.

Anyway, I've played FM1 and FM3 so this 360 probability excites me.
