It's feasible, I guess. Look at Vita TV, or whatever it's called. That is currently allowing literally dozens of people around the world to play Vita, PS1 and PS2 (I think) games on their TV, and remote playing PS4 games on a second tv set.
If a powerful handheld came right out the box with a device that basically streamed to the TV, I could see it being popular.
It's an evolution of the Wii, where the majority of power is in the device instead of the box attached to the telly. I can't see how local MP would work, but that seems to be dying out anyway.
