Not that great a difference apart from a different story and starting at the opposite side of the map - but another play through couldn't hurt. Some of us have been trying to advance both characters at once :fp: - a mistake...

Still I've got 40 mins to get some play time in before its back to wii-fit-plus - so better get going.

Its just good that there are a few people out there giving this a go. At least all seven copies that shipped must be well sold by now...

I've had quite a bit of wine and I'm completely knackered after helping my Uncle move house.

Perfect conditions for a bit more Muramasa.

This is very true - undemanding but very enjoyable - you can either consider the game-play as shallow, or just enjoy it for what it is. I keep being thrown off the wii though...

I wouldn't say the game is easy. Some of the bosses and challenge rooms are tough as nails.

Have you been playing on the harder level ?? Hell boss defeated me early tonight but if I'd had a few decent items I'd have been ok - generally I've found the best strategy to just be ATTACK !!

The last boss I faced wasn't particularly challenging, but took quite a while to defeat. I can't remember his name. I can't remember anybody's name. We were on a beach, that's all I know.

Last boss was a bit easy :( Great game. No sure if I'm gonna do it all again with the other character.

Shane Bettenhausen's name in the credits, though.

What control method are people using?

I'm using the standard Classic Controller at the moment, but it's feels a bit flimsy. The temptation for the CC Pro is rising.

I played with the wii remote / nunchuck combination - works fine. I do have the classic controller and a couple of old 'cube pads but couldn't be arsed to dig them out

No, convince me to buy a CC Pro, you schmucks!

Does it come in white? I like the black version, but seeing as every other peripheral I own is milky white...

I'd have said well worth another run through with the other character. What a game ! I haven't enjoyed a 'christmas' game like this since ocarina - and I haven't finished either character yet ! - both on six barriers out of eight. Played a bit tonight and loved it but...

Why the hell is heaven full of some bloody first world war war mustard, (tumeric ??), gas ?? This is a bad place !!

Just finished this as Kisune, (boy character). Great game, great ending. Some truly beautiful art work and story telling in the ending.

Now just to finish as Monohime - although probably not tonight.

My collection of blades is up to 73 - 'pokeblade' !!

Can't recommend highly enough - if you can find it...

Very productive day yesterday due to only getting half way to work before having to turn back....

Finished Muramasa as Monohime now but I must say the Kisune ending / boss fight was much better (imo).

Also done the first alternative ending - won't spoli it - it seemed a bit hard so I used a glitch in the programming to 'cheat' - was up to 380 combos by end !!

Second alternative ending awaits.

My pokeblade collection is u to 90.

I was waiting on the CC Pro before playing any more, but the opportunity arose and I spent a bit of time with the game today.

I think I'm @ level 27 or something, approaching 5 hours into the game. Got creamed by one of the bosses (the big green dude), so I went back a bit to try and pick-up some healing items.

I haven't really spent too much time in the forge at this point. I probably should.

I grew bored of the snow area (and the two enemy types) pretty quickly. The bamboo forest and the city were much prettier.

Bosses seem to be going down a lot easier now that I have spent more time and money forging new blades.

Just reached hell.

Damn! Creepy looking place.

I saved before the boss and went on a blade-forging spree. I must have bought 15 or so new swords. :fp: It might have been a good idea to craft the doubly powerful swords before entering hell, but the battles with the bigger enemies weren't that difficult, they just took a while to see-off.
