I liked Angelos. It was certainly different to have a character as a permanent fixture, as opposed to when Johnny Vegas was around for the previous fews series.

Angelos is funny, but I much preferred Johnny Vegas in the regular seat.

Good episode tonight. The final challenge had me in stitches, and the Star Trek joke was great. Oh, and the recreation of Batman was amazing.

New series starts Monday at 10 on BBC2! :mrgreen:

I know someone who went to one of those live Apprentice shows which had Bob on it and said he wasn't funny at all. Maybe he's lost it

This isn't the one I went to watch, they've obviously switched them round.

I don't know what to think about this...its not as good as it was in the 90s, but theres some kind of weird appeal to it still.

During the filming, Angelos was the only one who had me proper laughing. The guy stayed in character throughout and it was clear he was making most of his stuff up. He interacted with the crowd a lot when they were between takes too. Guy was a legend.

I rewound the 'flavoured spread suprise look' about five times. Absolutely brilliant.

Seeing Angelos at the Edinburgh Fringe next week, can't wait!

Since my last post in this thread strawberry floating yonks ago I've changed on Angelos. He was gooseberry fool as the regular participant on team B, but is so good in the scorekeeper role.
