Personally I have named him Ralph.

What’s funny is I’ve gone and watched a few of the TNG episodes after watching Discovery and gosh haven’t we all gotten so serious now? And dark. I think I might enjot The Orville more - when is that coming here?

It's been pointed out to me that I just want more TNG and I can't really disagree with that. The Orville might well be closer to that (although I was a bit suspicious as its description makes it sound more like a parody of TNG -- not that TNG didn't engage in self-parody at times!).

I'm not that keen on The Orville, it's like poor man's TNG with random dick jokes. It feels off.

I love the Orville, some of the jokes fall flat but the story lines so far have been fantastic.

Was it not nicknamed Razor or something by Michael?

They called it a Tardigrade as they suspect a Tardigrade was altered and increased in size due to contact with the spores.

Can I say the spore drive is the stupidest bullshit that they have tried to pass off. The great Mycelium network, strawberry float off.

It's still better than Neelix.

The only reason I can't have a whinge about the Holodeck is due to it being in the Cartoon series which is canon.

There's that blatant Neelix hate coming out again. You need to accept him into your heart. Like a gooseberry fool Jesus.

Say what you want about Neelix, but at least he's not Wesley.

The cartoon also means that magic is canon in Star Trek.

I’ve enjoyed it so far, obvious problems aside, but this weeks was utter Shite.

Thought this weeks episode was a lot of fun. Better than last week's borefest.

Enjoyed this weeks but found certain bits confusing. Still enjoying the show overall.

Yeah, I didn't mind this weeks either. Hardly an original concept in sci-fi (or even Star Trek for that matter) but at least it allowed the cast to have a bit of fun. Enjoyable fluff.

This week's was crap

BeeGees and Beer Pong at a part 100s of years in future?
Stammets (Chief Engineer) can't do anything to stop Mudd - like protecting computer etc?
Stammets can't convince Tyler...for some reason. Burnham (Who he can convince for some reason) has to do it with...because FEELINGS
They have 30min yet somehow convinced each other and came up with a so elaborate plan...somehow...in that time.
Mudd found a super rare space creature and amazing alien tech?...The alien tech would have been worth loads to Klingons alone!
Oh no one cares Mudd murdered 100s (ok they got better), knows all the secrets of the special ship and has knowledge of this amazing unique tech...because he's going to be henpecked by a nagging wife. What a jolly jape that was!
