You'll have to go through checkout, the discount is applied at the very last step of the process, after you confirmed your payment details. Bit dumb, I know, but it does work.

Is there a definitive list as to what psp games work on vita? I owna few from my psp owning days so would be cool to see which might work. Plus would be good to maybe download one or two of the classics ontothe vita.

I keep looking at my amazon account to see if they have taken my money and my order has been put in the delivery process  . I've not been this excited in a long, long time. I don't think the 720 will get this sort of anticipation and I've been banging on about that for ages.

It will eventually, a bit like the 32GB memory card situation. I agree though, a stupid decision.

I don't think it is unfortunately, sorry. :(

BBC's Click takes a look at the hardware:

The PS Vita, heralded as the world's most advanced handheld games device, has launched globally.

As it gets it worldwide release, Marc Cieslak asks if the dedicated handheld can survive in a landscape now dominated by smartphones and tablets.

Saw the TV ad just now and genuinely thought it was a parody ad until the end.

Computerandvideogames wrote:The previously confirmed but utter unspecified 'Call of Duty' game for Vita will be out this autumn.

SCEA's new SVP of PlayStation brand marketing, Guy Longworth, made the revelation when he told GameTrailers that his teenage sons, being FPS fans, are looking forward to Call of Duty in autumn.

"Of course in the autumn, they're really looking forward to Call of Duty on Vita," he said, adding, "and we think that's going to be an absolute game-changer for the platform."

Longworth wouldn't be pushed into revealing what the actual title will be, although an autumn launch puts it before the expected November release of this year's CoD title (heavily rumoured to be Black Ops 2).

That said, it could be either be a portable re-working of a currently released CoD title or an entirely original project.

If it's an exclusive title it could be a really big deal, but if it's just a port I don't think it's going to make any difference at all.

I don't know about that.

If for example it was a 'Best of Modern Warfare', featuring stuff from the first 3 MW games and MW3 multiplayer.

That would be a massive deal.

I still don't think COD Vita is going to be as big as people think it will be.

If its a full experience I can't see it being anything other than massive.

A Modern Warfare bundle at Christmas for say £200 would fly off the shelves I think.

I'm sure the vast majority of COD gamers like to play sitting at home online on an HDTV with a headset.

I don't know why people are under the impression it'll be some sort of massive Monster Hunter-esque success in the west where the attitude towards handheld gaming is much, much different.

Gamers have never had that option before.

I think its mad to suggest that given the option to play a fully featured portable game in the most massively successful franchise of the last generation, would not appeal to any of the millions of fans who've never had that option before.

Got a gift voucher today for Amazon. Caved in and bought one without any games as I have £35 on a game card to buy stuff. Whats the best place to get Prepaid PSN/SEN codes or cards?

It's cocktail time!. Then again when isn't it.

I succumbed & ordered with Play.com. :fp:

Virtua Tennis will be going straight on ebay. If you take away the memory card (£28), game (£32), quidco (£2.27) & £5 off another game, that basically puts the machine around £160. Will Sony knock more than £70 off the RRP within the year?

Dont trust Shopto with my CC details and you have to download an app on your pc for Sony. Can I buy it via PS Store on PS3?

Sure, but they're generally expensive. If you have Paypal, you can use http://www.cheapxboxlivecodes.com/ - they're pretty reliable and works out cheaper than Shopto.
