I wont be staying awake for the game tonight but Im hoping the Pats can get that offense sorted, it starts with the line, if they can get Brady some more time in the pocket he should be able to get more guys involved and not look to Edelman and Gronk for everything. On the other side I have been impressed with the defense, playing well, pressuring the opposition and getting turnovers, Im gonna see this as encouraging because the superbowl teams were defense first. ;)

Atlanta had a terrible time against Bridgewater yesterday.

Yeah, it is.

We could have some chance with the divisional teams, but we will play against Packers, Ravens, Lions and Bears this year. We need to pick up and win as soon as possible.

Thats a horrible scoreline to wake up to, Garopollo throwing TD passes in the 4th quarter, what in the strawberry float is going on. Thats Tuesday ruined!

Edit: It also looks like the Raiders fired Dennis Allen. 8 wins in the past 2 seasons is a horrible return, but firing a coach so early always seems counter productive to me, what did you learn in these 4 games that you didnt know at the end of last season?

I assume he was on his last chance - with the start they've had Oakland aren't going anywhere this season so why prolong the misery?

I have a Seahawks hat and a Ravens jersey, both bought in the US at Modell's I'm afraid. I intend to return to the UK with a Longhorns(UT's college team) jersey and a Seahawks jersey if I can get them at a reasonable price.

I would also like a Vikings jersey, but it's surprisingly difficult to find a decent one.

My brother tends to use eBay, RotS. He's small enough to take XL kids size. Maybe try that?

Yeah I tend to get mine when Im in the states, NFL do have an official EU shop now but the range doesnt seem that great and the prices are a bit steep. There are a bunch of smaller online retailers but Ive never used any of them so I cant recommend any unfortunately.

A friend of mine used ukamericansportsstore.co.uk, have a lot of longhorns stuff on there. I assume its cheaper in the states though.

Is that yours? :dread:

Went to see them get hosed 28-7 by Baylor on Saturday there - despite the score it was a great atmosphere(until the 4th quarter anyway) and I've had a cracking time working at UT so I'm adopting them. :datass:

I think you're lying to me.

Anyway, walking around Austin is just like a sea of orange jerseys, shirts and hats. It's actually really cool to see people take so much pride in the University athletics system. Or it would be, if they wore any colour bar orange. :dread:

You should get the old sexy red and black Texas Tech jersey instead. We had to wear it when we played Birmingham Uni ages ago because of a kit clash, looked so pimp especially with the trench cut sleeves :datass:
