I "support" them.

I went to a Titans game about 8 years ago when my dad worked in Nashville, so I guess I feel obliged to lend my hefty support.

In reality, I couldn't name a single player, nor what their strengths and weaknesses are.

Had enough of a lead on the Dolphins to get the win but a 4 day turnaround to the next game against the Texans spells trouble, he wont be recovered in time so it looks like Brissett will get the start. I would expect a heavy dose of Blount in that game but Darth Bill has pulled surprises before so Brissett could come out throwing like a maniac to catch the Texans off guard. Either way ium strongly considering staying up to watch it and dealing with the tiredness on Friday.

Seen a few places mention Matt Flynn is still out there, which I find odd, he certainly helped the packers out of a hole the season before last, and surely he is better than Brandon Weedon or the like. So maybe he will appear, Jimmy G was looking far too good :|

I cant see the Pats bringing anyone in, they wont have time to learn the playbook before Thursday and Garoppolo should be back in time for week 4 so theyll likely stick with Brissett. Matt Flynn has had some bad luck himself, looked very good in his limited appearances for the Packers, got the Seattle just as Russell Wilson appeared on the scene and just bounced around after that, unable to find a place to play. I would like to see him get another shot, as you say, he has to be better than Weedon and the likes.

There was a stat about the Browns on Redzone last night, they have started 2 different QBs in every season for the last 19 seasons. Im not sure what it says about the Browns but its definitely not a good stat to have.

I've heat Garopopolo could be out for 6 weeks (doesn't matter though as Brady is back in 2). Was looking at the Practive Squad for any QB but there is none :| . Next man up after Brissett s Edeleman, would be interesting.

Tim Tebow is out there and wasn't he on the roster not too long ago..... Though I think he's now playing baseball.

Wentz had another good game; lots of short and quick passes though so definitely not getting carried away but it is still encouraging. He stands tall in pocket and is capable of both power and touch throws. The potential is there!

27-0

Even I cant believe that actually happened, I have the game recorded and Ill give it a watch tonight but its incredible that the Texans were so bad they couldnt even score. I wonder if the short week was a blessing with the Garoppolo injury as it gave the Texans less time to change the plan for Brissett, just a thought.

A shut out for the Pats with Brady out is an incredible result. I was reading earlier that the Texans were actually favoured last night!

Oh lol wrong thread:

I had hopes that without Brady they would collapse, but it was not to be. Will watch a bit later, I just want to see if it is Brock being bad or just a great defence. Bills are already crumbling, so can easily see the Pats at 4-0 before Brady appears with the gimme game agains the Browns. It is just too easy for the Pats.

one of the main issues for the texans was their negativity on offense, opting for running plays on 3rd and longs all too often.
they were also crushed on special teams and their star defensive players jj watt and clowney were ineffective.
honestly, i think belichick would find a way to win with me at quarterback - it's getting ridiculous.

Secretly I'm sure Belichick wanted Brisset to get knocked out to show he could win with a WR at QB.
