Disappointing that the first London game next week isn't on free-to-air. I thought the whole point of these games was to boost interest for the casual viewer and instead it's on the failing Sky Sports Action, playing second fiddle to Brighton vs Newcastle on Main Event (meaning BT viewers won't be able to watch it either).

BBC1 has a 1 hour highlights show at 12:10am.

Sky Sports Mix going with Live Tennis from Prague and Rugby. Pick airing Monkey Tennis. Or something involving monkeys, anyway.

Are any of the London games going to be on the BBC?

They've got the New Orleans Saints v Miami Dolphins from Wembley at 2:30pm on 1st October and the Minnesota Vikings v the Cleveland Browns at Twickenham on the 29th October at 1:30pm.

After enjoying the Falcons v Bears highlights last week I decided to support the Chicago Bears. Apparently they went 3-13 last year, so this should be an enjoyable season

Saints 0-2.

We were terrible yesterday vs the Patriots I thought. :dread:

Good to see the Pats back to winning ways. I always find the panic that sets in after an unexpected loss in the NFL to be utterly hilarious.

Anyway, glad I have avoided Gamepass this year, I was gonna go with it instead of Sky but since theyre airing Redzone on Mix anyway I can just go ahead and watch that. Ill get Sky Sports back for the playoffs then and I shouldnt miss anything.

Great choice, we did well last week against the Falcons, but were atrocious this time out vs Tampa Bay.

I'd like to see Trubisky starting games over Glennon midway this season.

I've done a bit of reading about the team but I'm still some way short of knowing who those players you mentioned are  I did learn there's a big rivalry with the Green Bay Packers which is good as I never liked that team anyway.

What made you support the Bears?

Glennon is our starting QB, but he's mainly a stopgap while Trubisky (rookie first round draft pick) learns the ropes. But Trubisky looked exciting in preseason. Realistically, we're nowhere near good enough to make the playoffs yet, but we're building a good young team, filled with some veterans to help out the rookies and second-years.

I supported the Bears quite randomly, visited Chicago in 2010 and just thought I would support them. We made it to the NFC Championship Game that year, but lost to Green Bay. That was the last time we made the playoffs.

Almost lost to the 49ers. :dread:

Offense needs to sort itself out for real. Everybody's dropping the strawberry floating ball.

Whoohoo!

Now just a question of how to actually watch it on the big TV. The PS4 doesn't have a Yahoo app. Not even sure my Sony TV has one either.
