I badly need to buy warioware gold. The demo is bloody hilarious, I haven't stopped playing it since I downloaded it.

I'm digging it so far. The fully voiced cutscenes were a pleasant surprise.

Since this seems to be the only thread to discuss WarioWare Gold...

This game is so joyous. Only Mario Odyssey has made me smile so often in the last few years of gaming. Whilst I'm familiar with maybe 50% of the minigames, the mix of fresh ones vs. familiar ones is so exquisitely weighted, that you're pleased to see a familiar microgame pop up.

I went through the story in half an afternoon over the weekend, and have since spent time collecting coins to use on the capsule machine.

I've unlocked two golf games which use the tilt control, which are incredible. Some of the minigame unlocks stand up to Paper Plane and Pyoro from the GBA game.

I feel like I could play this for years to come and always find a fun challenge.

I've been playing Wario Ware.

Only other one I've played is the GBA one.

Can't be bothered with the cut scenes but aside from that really enjoying it. It really does make you smile!

This is what i have been waiting to hear. All the reviews seem to suggest that there is a maximum of 10 hours game play and then everything has been done. I loved The jump rope and paper plane games from the first one (and i still remember the music for jump rope!). Do the missions offer interesting game play challenges? I have not been able to get a clear idea of what objectives they set. Are they challenges that get you replaying specific mini games etc?

I won't mention the challenges you unlock, but you are spoiled for choice.

Yo-Kai Watch 3 finally announced for February 8th! Hopefully this means they can go all in with the Switch localisation of 4. Press release doesn't mention the multiple versions (there were 3 in Japan).

Argos are my go to if I've made the effort to actually go to Game to pick a game up and they don't have it in stock. Which seems to be most niche releases at the moment. So far they haven't let me down once. I even order it off my phone as I'm walking to Argos and it's ready for when I get there.

With Game, If you didn't pre-order it you're usually not getting it on release date if you have the audacity to simply walk into the brick and mortar shop and expect the purchase what you want right there and then. What an outrageous expectation.

Fired up Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga tonight, I was expecting after coming from Switch that the lower quality screen would put me off but it actually looks fine (Using a New 2DS XL) i’ve built up quite a backlog on 3DS (picked up Warioware Gold and Rhythm Heaven Megamix in the past month and they have been untouchedpretty much) so I think I will actually put some time into the 3DS again over the next month.

I’ve pre-ordered Luigi’s Mansion and i’ll also pick up the Bowsers Inside Story remake once that comes out.

Holy strawberry float, I did not realise they were remaking Bowser's Inside Story. That's the best one.

I’ve never played the series before now but I have heard Bowsers Inside Story is the best of the bunch. I think it’s due out the first quarter of 2019
