Yeah, Monkey Ball on 3DS is rubbish.

Vita one is great however.

A nice video explaining the differences between the two versions of Yokai Watch 2, if like me you haven't really read much about the differences. Annoyingly, Amazon seem to have made up my mind for me, having one version for £28 and the other for £35. £26 with Prime, is hard to resist.

 Can't believe this is due in just over 2 months.

Really hoping this comes over. Like the art style, but it's the scenario from the writer of Suikoden I'm most interested in.

I really hope that Fire Emblem and Alliance Alive get ported to the Switch. They look great so I'll get them for 3DS anyway but it would be good to not have to juggle both devices.

I'm torn between playing it or Breath of the Wild tonight. So little time, so much excitement :toot:

More 3DS JRPGs, because there are never enough. I've still not tried a single one of the Etrian games, but I'm down for replaying Strange Journey and Radiant Historia with some new content. Two of the best DS games. I imagine the Deep Silver deal makes these likely to get released here too. :toot:

Holy strawberry float, Radiant Historia is being remade? That game is pretty good, it fails in some ways due to the scope of the game and how much budget they had, but I really enjoyed it.

Bought Bye Bye Boxboy but have only put like 10 minutes into it :(

The new gameplay mechanics in this are, as always, pretty fantastic. The bomb, rocket and teleportation cube levels are awesome. Just got to the teleportation levels

This game series is so overlooked. It saddens me.

It really is a wonderful series eh? The thing I love about the games is how well pitched their difficulty is, it's never too obtuse but it's challenging enough to be engaging and satisfying.

I'll have to pick up Bye Bye soon, after Switch my 3DS purchases will likely die down but I can make an exception for Box Boy

I agree. The difficulty has been judged very well across all the games. I've been stumped once so far in this one, and in figuring it out, I learned something else that Boxboy can do with his standard moveset. After two games of an identical character moveset. That is amazing to me. It reminds me of other Nintendo games, where gameplay mechanics are just tossed away after a few uses and then they go on to something new.

Cracking wee games these. I can't think of any criticisms for any of them.

Yup yup, I love that design philosophy a lot of Nintendo games have. Keeps things fresh :)

This talk got me to go back and finish Box Box Boy...I forgot how bizarre the ongoing storyline is in these games, ha

Think I'm nearing the end of it now. I think this is the best one so far. The special powers change the puzzle solving a lot, and break down some of the conventions in the series.
