Was that the one that was never released in Europe? I loved the first one but never got to play the sequel. :(

Now that you mention it, I think that must have been the case; the copy I have is the American import. I can't believe it didn't see release over here; it's a divine little racer, and more than deserved some attention. :( Curiously, it appears that it did retail in Australia, though; were Australian PAL editions compatible with European consoles?

The original was delayed in the UK as well I think - something about the European market not being able to handle a snowboarding game in the spring time.

I remember something like that happening! Was it the same with 1080 Snowboarding? My memory might be playing tricks on me, though.

No idea but 1080 was the nuts. So good. Must have spent days honing my time trial skills.

Check out my YouTube channel!
One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

I shamefully admit that I never got round to buying 1080; I think it was a result of having spent so much time with Snowboard Kids--or, more likely, I was too afraid to ask my parents--but I remember thinking "I should get this." N64 Magazine gave it 89%, so I was really tempted. There's the Virtual Console for 1080, but I think I'll try and eke out an actual N64 copy.

Failing that, I'd love for Nintendo to develop a 1080 game for the Wii.

As much as I wanted to like Majora's Mask, I always preferred Ocarina Of Time. And it's not like I haven't tried! I've forced myself to play through the damn thing, but ultimately I got frustrated with the 3-day mechanic and the save system more than anything.

I remember wanting to get Holy Magic Century, back in the day--but I was put off by the assessments of the game in the various Nintendo magazines. I've seen some places laud the game, mind, so I'm more curious than ever as to what it was actually like.

It's the same for me and Twilight Princess. It's weird--with Zelda games, you can end up finding that people are very particular about what games they like and dislike. For me, there's never been a Zelda game that I've just considered "all right"; I've either really enjoyed it or really disliked it. I've either felt utterly engrossed or curiously detached.

I'm surprised they haven't, since they've already got 1080 for the Gamecube. Seems like a no brainer to NPC it with Balance Board support...

Downloaded Project 64 on my laptop, plugged it into my TV via HDMI and I'm now playing Mario 64 in 1080p on a big screen with an Xbox 360 controller :)

I got it on my 26 inch Samsung which has now been turned into my PC Monitor at home. How do you get the games in widescreen?

Either way they look stunning in HD!
