I'd go with an overall of 1>2>3

The game really seems to be throwing the upgrades at me now, at least two new items per play.

Oh god the space pirates are starting to grate, re-spawning in the same old places when you've cleared them a couple of minutes earlier. Luckily I make short work of them 8-)

Still on track for being a 10/10 game for me, hopefully it stays this good until the end.

What areas are you in?

For me the final area (Phazon Mines, narrowly beating out Phendrana Drifts) was the best of the game (something that also occurred in MP2).

I'm in Phazon mines at the moment.

Edit: Just got the plasma beam, feels like I'm nearing the end of the game now :(

Edit 2: I actually died on this last night by farting around as the morph ball in a blue sparkly trench. I thought I'd found a secret and didnt notice it rapidly draining all my health away. Progress gone :fp:

Phazon suit get :datass:

I was wondering if you actually had to get the artefacts or they were just a side thing, but it's now told me to get them. Two left then off to what I presume is a final boss fight.

What are your plans when you finish it?

Have you played/got Fusion, because you really should play get Fusion. Its, and I'm probably going to piss someone off I'm sure, but its on par imo with super Metroid, its strawberry floating awesome.

Leave it a while them move on to echoes I think.

Fusion was the first one I played (thank you ambassador program) and loved, but I got stuck so I didn't finish it. I got a taste for it and bought the wii snes classic controller to play super metroid, which I also got far in but never finished. During playing that I heard good things about the prime games, and here we are

So yeah, I'll do the second game in the trilogy next year sometime, and finish off fusion and super at some point in between.

That's where I got stuck I think, several encounters in. I could be at the end for all I know.

Hard to tell, you run into her a few times.

Yakuza in Fusion is a strawberry floating pain, hate that Boss :x

I'm going to pick up Fusion at some point too, but I've only played Prime so far. Got Prime 2 and 3, plus I want to go back and do Metroid and Super Metroid on the Wii's VC and Metroid 2 on the 3DS VC. Hoping they'll have Fusion on the 3DS VC by that point.

Caved and bought myself this. These three and skyward sword should last me well into the new releases of next year.
