Just ordered a 64Gb Micro SDXC Card for £15 from MyMemory.co.uk using code SWITCH20, this will come in handy for future eShop purchases.

Here if anyone's interested: https://www.mymemory.co.uk/Micro-SDXC/L ... x---45MB_s

Just as an aside - is the de-sync issue not going to cause enormous issues playing Mario Kart? I was on the verge of pre-ordering, but now I'm a little nervous. Sat on the sofa I get the issue a fair amount with Zelda.

Just read this, thought it was quite interesting - http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2017/0 ... ing_frames.

Explains that the way the Switch connects to Wifi causes an additional load on the processor, periodically it will reconnect to the WiFi during games causing this 'additional load', resulting in the random frame drops some of us have been experiencing. Apparently Nintendo are aware and it will be fixed in the next firmware update but would be interesting to try playing Zelda with WiFi off to see if it has any impact on performance.

Drive by gooseberry fool post here but I just realised you had to play tetris with the sticks :dread: :dread: :dread:

I can stand playing games like that on anything other than a dpad.

Cool you can do it though.

Walked past the CEX in Dundee the other day and they had NES Classics for £100.

CEX in Sheperd's Bush was doing Pokemon Go Plus Wristband for £50.

Heard some guy ranting about how he could buy a Switch for £280 at Argos (if they had any stock) :D

Shouldn't there be some kind of consumer law against this?

They sell cart only SNES games at my local for like 30GBP. I just decided to ignore the strawberry float out of them but check incase they ever get anything hard to find in.

Is anyone having the same issue as me?

When I'm watching Netflix on my smart TV through HMDI port 1, the icon for HDMI port 2 flashes up periodically. If I don't press anything it disappears and all is well. My Switch is connected to HDMI port 2.

Why is it possible to put the shoulder button/wrist strap adapter onto the joycon the wrong way round? Surely it wouldn't have been that difficult to make them (and the joycons themselves) symmetrical? Put it on the wrong way and A) It's a pig to get off and B) the indicator lights don't shine through properly.

Just seems like a bit of a silly oversight. Nintendo somehow haven't heard of Poka-Yoke...

The first thing I did in the Switch unboxing was put the wrong strap on the controller and I thought I had knackered it. Took 15 minutes to wrestle off.

Argos have switches back in stock for now. I've just reserved one :D But they are out of stock on Zelda at the moment :( Are the neon switches more likely to have issues than they grey or vice versa?
