Have you tried Argos? The pop-up on the item shows 100+ ordered in the last 48 hours so that suggests stock might be available. One thing to consider as well, Argos lets you reserve stock for 2 days. I think quite a few people do this and then just reserve it again for another 2 days. If you're really keen then drop on the Argos site at 1 minute past store closing time as that is when the reserved stock gets released. I managed to hold a PSVR for about a week before collecting using this trick.

Wow, it looks like Konami might actually be trying with this release. Between free DLC and patch updates I'll likely pick this up sooner rather than later

3 big retail releases for Switch this month! Lego City Undercover is due out this week whilst Mario Kart 8:Deluxe and Puyo Puyo Tetris are coming out 28.04

I have MK8 and PPT on pre-order, anyone else picking anything up this month?

I've also pre-ordered MK8 and Puyo Puyo Tetris although I may cancel the latter and get it digitally.

Going to get a micro SD card this week so will probably pick up a couple of indie games too.

I've put more time into Puyo Puyo tetris than I have Zelda.

I can't wait for you guys to get it.

Apart from Zelda, I've played a little bit of Fast RMX and a moderate amount of I Am Setsuna. I think they are both pretty good, but probably not 'excellent.' I'll keep playing them both for a bit, but I don't know if I'll ultimately finish them.

I'll grab Puyo Puyo Tetris when it's out for sure.

I've pre-ordered Mario Kart and Puyo-Puyo as the multiplayer in both will complement whatever I'm playing. I had planned to buy the latter from the Japanese eShop but I love jumping back into Zelda whenever I wake up my Switch so I never got around to doing so. Fast RMX and Shovel Knight are still on my radar but the former might get skipped if GRcade multiplayer focuses on Mario Kart. The Switch version of Shovel Knight will be the third that I've bought but I'm happy to triple dip to play it on the go

I have no idea when I'll buy my next Switch game. I may grab Puyo Puyo Tetris at some point maybe. I don't think I'm guaranteed to buy anything until Splattoon 2.

So, any of you heard about people who play in docked mode have been having their switches warp? A few people have said it's happened to them on Reddit and Neogaf. It may be that they have faulty Switches or the Switch may be prone to do it when it gets heated up in the dock. Who knows?

Heard about it but not happened to me, the console has not had one single problem yet for me, no crashing, screen issues, controller issues or anything.

I'd be surprised if that curve was caused purely by getting too hot in the dock. It seems more likely that this person's Switch is just faulty -- maybe it has weak plastic, or its metal chassis plate on the inside is too thin or something.

Lots of people are going to have a slightly curved Switch, and that's nothing to freak out about -- it just happens occasionally with injection-moulded plastic. As long as it doesn't get worse over time then it's OK.

In other Switch new, Cave Story+ launches this June (20th in the US) and comes in both digital and physical formats

May pick it up, or may restart it on PC. I'm not impressed with it though, not because it's bad, but because I was nearing the end and my strawberry floating save wasn't uploaded to the cloud. It means after moving from my laptop to PC i have lost my save data and have to start again.

I've been checking Argos for Switch stock for a while. Suddenly, one available. I've paid. Now just have to go and see if they've actually got one.

Now where the hell do I get a Pro controller?!

I don't plan on using it handheld much. Mostly docked to the TV or on its stand. Either way I'll want to use the Pro. Is there any reason I can't just shut the joy cons away in a drawer and forget about them?

ShopTo have them in stock... but they're £62. A few quid less if you're a silver or gold member.

Ahah, if nothing else the joycons can function as one or two extra controllers for local multiplayer, preferably the two of them in the grip.
