I want to get these two as well, Clarkman. I’m keen to see them running in portable mode... I just hope that the text in Skyrim isn’t tiny.

When moving between the Switch and the PS4, I’m finding that I always spend time initially pressing the wrong buttons because the select (A / X) and cancel (B / Circle) buttons are reversed :fp: .

It's a solid 3/5. It was suitably challenging, controls well, and I love the pixel art. Unfortunately I think it has balancing issues (especially with the gun upgrades), and an over-reliance on floating platforms and annoying flying enemies. The upgrades were also serviceable but not particularly inspired.

It's all about the mii art B)

I must say that your Mii design is ingenious, OR :-) .

How does it look when racing in Mario Kart, though? :o .

Will Zelda BOTW (Switch) ever come down in price? It's still £50 seemingly everywhere.

Second hand maybe, but I imagine it will be a very very long time until it does. I would also say it is worth every penny.

My nearest Morrisons, quite a large store, has a small video game section that has been atrocious for several years now. They have a couple of games and formats that are mixed in alongside CDs. The last time I checked they had a handful of old games (360 and PS3 iirc) alongside FIFA and, yeah, no Nintendo stuff. I will check next time to see if they have updated at all!

Sounds similar to my local Morrison's generally a poor selection of games , music and dvds.

Yea, Nintendo games hold their value like a Golf.

Just bite the bullet.

I paid £35 for Zelda back in June when I got my Switch from Grainger Games. Was cheaper than the Wii U version :slol:

I noticed that last night. My local had five - the three Marios, (Kart, Rabbids, Oddessy), Fifa and Lego =land. The Marios were £42-00 which I thought was not bad.

It has been confirmed that the cartridge version of WWE 2K18 will require an additional 24 Gb of micro SD card storage to run. Publisher 2K has opted to use the cheapest cart size available and offload the remaining file storage cost to the consumer.

This is becoming a concerning trend with bigger third party publishers. Personally I am gonna get Doom and suck up the additional cost, but I am loathe to do it for more games like LA Noire and WWE. Nintendo will have to do something about this if they’re to avoid publishers saying that “our big games don’t sell on Switch”.

They wont, and publishers will drop it, the idiotic expensive media will be in the longer term the killer of the switch, if they having issues now at the start of its life how is it going to go in a few years when games get even bigger.

It certainly looks that way, Errkal. It is quite a barrier for the large publishers who are used to having 50 or so gigabytes to play with, at zero cost to themselves. I want to see the big, popular franchises on Switch but I won’t choose that version if it means having to buy a 32 Gb SD card on top of the cart price.

Out of principle I won't be buying any of these games that require extensive storage space. They might be saving some cash on using cheaper carts but hopefully they'll be losing out on plenty of sales. strawberry float 'em.

They'll lose out on sales, but they'll say it's because Switch games don't sell and will refuse to accept it's because they're using cheap low capacity carts rather than paying for the more expensive ones.
