Random question - can you browse the shop from a web browser or does it have to be done through the switch itself?

Hoping I can get it for £40 tops digitally, not really a game I want to have to swap out carts for

Some decent discounts there - tempted by a few of the things hovering around the £10 mark.

Just had a look at some of the other regions prices - if you have a card that lets you buy from South Africa then Skyrim/DOOM are coming in at about £27!

These sales are a joke, a few quid off isn't enough.

Picked up Owlboy, Steamworld Dig 2 and Axiom Verge. Was planning to pick up all three at any kind of drop, so very pleased with the sale!

If anyone's yet to experience DOOM, then at that price, I would defy you not to enjoy it. Great value for just over £33. Can't see the physical release falling below £30 until there's an FPS to rival it.

Picked up BLEED, Crawl, Splasher and Serial Cleaner so far! Going to get Fe, Owlboy, Shu and Steamworld Dig over the weekend as I want to trade some bits in and get an eshop voucher!

I now own 60 games on Switch

Smash tournament announced for E3.

Will be a full reveal and blowout then. Gives you faith in them making their 2018 date too.

This is makes me wonder if this Smash is based on the Wii U game (all content from Wii U & 3DS) and then they are building and updating on top of that

How does the Gold points for cash business work again? I don't seem to have any Gold points on my account at all despite having bought a few games on the eShop - do you have to do something to redeem the points?

It'll be using the same engine but it's going to have enough new content to be considered a new entry, in my opinion.

Basically any eshop games automatically credit the points. With cartridges you need to add the points by pressing + on the Joycon on the game icon with the cartridge inserted.

Then when you add a game to the cart on the eshop and go to pay you can choose how many Nintendo gold points you want to use.

I just hope they include the characters and stages from Smash Wii U/3DS at the very least. It would feel a step backwards now if it had a smaller roster and less content.

If it had all the previous content and then say a few new characters, stages, revamped online plus a full single player story mode that would be ideal in my opinion. Then continue to add to the new game with DLC
