I thought Night in the Woods was wonderful and, unusually for me these days, I was genuinely addicted to it, completing the story in a week with a running time of ten hours. I can kinda understand why it would make some folk go "wtf jawa it is pony" but, if it aligns with your way of thinking, it's marvelous.

Downloaded my free copy of Bayonetta and started on Bayonetta 2 as already finished the first one years ago. Up to chapter 5. It's brilliant so far. Just the right balance of exploring for secrets and fast combat.

Wish my image sig would work

Ahhhh, the acknowledgment I so crave. Feels good.

Another 90 mins just flew by whilst I was just wandering around the town, soaking it all in. I’m trying not to fly through it too quick but it’s proving tricky.

I was concerned I might be a bit too old to appreciate the story being told (from the reviews I had read), but this has not been the case so far. The genuinely funny dialogue has really helped in that respect, and has not pushed me out on to the periphery of the story being told (ie making it unrelateable).

I hugely enjoyed getting to know the characters in the town; after a while I found that you can build an appreciation for their situations and you get used to their different ways of speaking. There are a surprising amount of things to discover and return to as the story progresses. I was not a fan of the rhythm action elements but, as far as I know, that doesn't matter.

Nabbed a Bayonetta download code off eBay for £17, never really played it which is a shame as I loved the DmC series including the reboot.

Bought Bayonetta 1 and 2 on the eShop - recently got an SD Card and love being (almost) fully digital on the Switch. Super convenient!

And I was getting annoyed at the 1,000 limit on screenshots and videos (which I take a lot of) but can now snap and shoot to my heart's content.

Been playing a bit of FIFA over the weekend, only just started a career and its reminded me just how bad I am at FIFA games in general although I'll try not to let that deter me. Seems like a very good port so far though.

Bayo 2 is so much better than the original, not only from a gameplay perspective but it’s so much more colourful and better looking

Still waiting on the eBay seller to send me the code which stated would happen as soon as it was paid for. Which was 3pm yesterday and same code has been relisted by him sometime on the evening that day. Emails and messages have been ignored. And now I'm bidding on Bayo 2 which won't have the code for the first game :dread:

Should have just bought it from Shopto's eBay store with both games for £43 :|

Kj, dude, you won't want to purchase download codes for both games. Buy (and use) one and them you'll be able to download the other game at a discount from the eShop.
