I've imported a game and I haven't done that for years. I have a copy of The End is Nigh on the way from the USA.

After I ordered it, I saw this review.

 . :dread: .

I was thinking of picking that up, but I'll wait for your thoughts on it once you get a 100% completion, Jawa. ;)

I've got a friend coming over to play some gaemz today and I want to show off Mario odysee. As I'm right at the end I thought I could make him a profile so he could start a new game. Will that mean my own saves are safe? I'd have a seizure if I lost 60 hours of Mario play.

Each new profile has their own save without affecting any other user. You're good to go

So does that mean if I want to start the game again from fresh... I have to create a new profile?

Looking to buy some games for the flight tomorrow. Got Steamworld Dig 2 for a tenner as I really liked the first. It's between Gungeon and Stardew Valley for a tenner.

Though I could get both for the same price as Yooka-Laylee...

Stardew Valley is the best tenner you'll ever spend unless Scarlet Johansson starts offering £10 blow jobs for charity.

Yeah I bought all three. I'm weak.

Has anyone had any experience of playing the Switch on an airline seat tray in front of them? How does the stand hold up?

Tempted to take my profile controller as it's a better way of playing (I find it more absorbing than a handheld too), but worried the vibrations will be too much for the rather flimsy stand.

Predictive text and a mistype changed the "stand" in the last sentence to "Arabs".

You can have a few saves per profile. There's a data management option somewhere in the pause menu.

Quick heads up - the official Switch dock is on sale at Smyths toys for £49.99. Usual RRP is £79.99 so that's a pretty good discount if you want s spare dock to play Switch on a different TV.

Hurry though, I imagine could sell fast. Just ordered one :)
