Sounds bit dodgy to be honest, like I feel it could've brick my Switch. Like there's unofficial docks out there and I'd have heard they can strawberry float your system over

That and it would be bit useless if it's within your reaching, Switch is in front of my monitor so I just change carts anyway but may be useful for those who has it far away.

I don't mind getting up and charging the cart.

Yeah, I was concerned about that, too, Seven - although the guy in the vid seemed to get on okay with it.

Yeah, I suspected that the product maybe wouldn't appeal to most folk here; including me as around 90% of my Switch gaming is in handheld mode. But, hey, maybe there's one or two who could find this device handy.

I play mainly in docked and am so used to being able to switch, that I get more-than-average-annoyed when I have to switch between Ring Fit and BotW (my only two real carts unless you count Just Dance wherever that is) that this idea actually holds some appeal to me...

(though probably not enough to bite)

I have seen cheaper versions on AliExpress

No use to me as 95percent of my usage is as a handheld.

I'm a "physical games in docked mode" kinda guy, but I really only play one game at a time (one of the reasons why why Quick Resume on Series X has never been as useful as I thought it would be), so this really is a niche of a niche of a niche product.
