Anyone been following Unicorn Overlord at all? I caught a glimpse of the gameplay a few days ago and thought it would be worth a punt since I like the strategy genre.

Ah! I setup a thread for the game but it hasn't had a lot of traction yet, andretmzt. Hopefully we can look forward to hearing your opinions once you've had a chance to try it :-).

I haven't touched my Switch *once* since getting my SteamDeck. Feel a bit sad about that given that it gave me some decent memories, but there's nothing on it that appeals anymore and I often forget that it's even docked behind my TV.

Haven't you just changed the machine you play Football Manager on though?

:slol: hey I've got about 10 hours of Deus Ex on my SteamDeck as well thankyouverymuch!

I've also drifted back to my PS5 with Cyberpunk and more recently Helldivers 2 taking up what little gaming time I have. I could see myself returning to try and get a bit further into TotK as I didn't really play all that much of it before getting bored, but that's about all there is to tempt me.

I too have neglected my Switch since getting the Steam Deck  I still love the console though  I did start playing Hyrule Warriors but really didn’t get on with it so dropped it for now, maybe one day I’ll return to it.

I still have a fair bit in the Switch backlog exclusives wise but I’ll holding off now for Switch 2 in the hope the games get performance boosts on the new console.

Yeah, it'd be good to hear what you think about the new Space-54 levels, Fisher.

Started Captain Toad - DLC.

Can't believe I didn't get into this sooner. I got Captain Christmas 2019, I finished it and put 20 hours that December and following January, then kind of didn't touch it or think about it but I have really treasured [tracked] memories playing Christmas day (I remain it's the perfect game to play Christmas day). After not touching it for so long seeing the 'played 25/12/2019' weirdly hit me in the feels.

It's so good to be back on it with a new book of chapters. Loved it before but it's BETTER than I remembered. Such a lovely game, makes me feel exactly how I want a game to make me feel.

The DLC levels are great it was on sale when I bought for like £3 (and I bought it with Penny Big Break, which gave you like £1.50 of eshop coins)

Get the feeling we may get release dates for TTYD and Luigi's Mansion 2 in the very near future as when on the eshop, there is a Mario section, where you can get 10% back in gold coins on purchases or pre orders (as Princess Peach Showtime is in there) which ends in 16 days and both TTYD and LM2 are on the list....... but so are some of the Nintendo apps, so maybe a case of overthinking things here

Well I’ve seen a rumour who it could be made by, but the way they don’t want to say, it makes me wonder if it’s a brand new studio, or someone brand new to having a crack at a Nintendo game.

Or it could be Retro, this is why we’ve seen nothing of MP4 yet

Such a bloody weird company.

I don't think they want people to distinguish between different developers under the Nintendo umbrella-and from datamining the demo we know this is Good Feel, who aren't even a Nintendo owned subsidiary.

They just want people to see their games as all under the Nintendo brand.

Not that I think there's a need for this but I think this is their logic.
