Alternatively, 8bitdo have made a module to make your original GameCube controller wireless Bluetooth.

I was considering that, but it still brings the problem of a wire and a lack of buttons.

In exciting news, Sega has confirmed Out Run will be joining the Sega AGES line on the Japanese eShop before the end of the year. There was no mention of an exact release date, price or if the game would also make its way across to the west before the end of 2018

Based on the 1986 arcade classic originally developed by AM2, the Switch eShop version by M2 will modernise the release - with 60fps and widescreen support. It will also include all of the iconic and catchy tunes, as well as additional tracks and the tune-up feature from the 3DS version - released in 2015.

In related news, Sega has also finally locked in the release date for Phantasy Star on Switch in both North America and Europe. After a series of delays, the game will finally arrive on 13th December.

Starting the day... ending the day... even in the middle of the day. Frankly, any time is good for a Magical Sound Shower  .

I miss Splatoon 2 so much that I will likely buy a year sub soon. Kinda annoying.

This takes a little while to get going so if you're in a rush then just skip to around 3:30. Has to be one of the greatest videogame soundtracks of all time.

Couple of nice discounts have popped up on the eShop:

Steamworld Dig 1 & 2 half price (£4.49 and £7.49 respectively)- pinched from HUKD
The Messenger is 25% off (£13.49)- pinched from rllmuk
Shovel Knight is 20% off (£17.99)

Also have the Mutant Mudds Collection half price (£5.49), a big discount on Lost Sphear (£15.99) and 40% off Rocket League (£9)

https://nintypricer.com/gb/on-sale

Gone for Steamworld 2 and Runner 3, tempted by The Messenger but will probably hold off on that for now. Good start to the Black Friday sale!

Big savings on the US eShop too- Mario and Rabbids Gold $32 (60% off), Valkyria 4 $30 (50% off), something off a lot of the big indies (Dead Cells, Undertale, Celeste, Steamworld Heist Ultimate, etc.)

Anyone tried Warframe yet? Holy gooseberry fool that’s a complex game? I’m struggling to figure anything out. Seems like an insane aunt of depth.

I’m hoping the sales from the US eshop will fully hit Switch today with the weekly update

Question for those in the know - will we be getting a port of the Hotline Miami games onto Switch?

Seems like the UK eShop has more first party discounts than the US but fewer third party.

There's a third off Odyssey, Zelda (and 25% off the season pass), Hyrule Warriors DE, Donkey Kong, Xenoblade, etc.

Mario and Rabbids Gold looks good (40% off), and there's Skyrim which may be of interest to some.
