My week's free trial of the online has finished and nowhere near me sells the online pass thing could I buy it with a £15 e-shop voucher from Argos and pay the rest with gold coins I've amassed on my account?

Oh that reminds me, I need to make sure they don't auto renew me on the rip-off pay per month mode!

You can indeed use an eShop voucher and gold coins to buy a sub, ibdw. But... don't get it it you're not sold on it :-) .

You could save yourself a couple of quid by buying via CDKeys using their 5% facebook discount and quidco.

See if you can buddy up with anyone for family subscription, even just doing it between two people will save a bit of money :)

Ooh yeah, careful on this. Is pretty slimy it has to be started with auto-renewal on by default, though thankfully a quick trip to eshop user account settings can have it turned off in moments, long before the expiration date.

I agree with you there as there are a number of Wii U games that I didn't have a chance to complete and the versatile nature of the Switch would let me play more of them.

When I think of GameCube games I would want brought over from Nintendo (First party)

Super Mario Sunshine
Pikmin 1 & 2
F-Zero GX

I can’t really think of many more, the Zelda’s they can just use the HD versions, Luigi’s Mansion is already coming to 3DS, Metroid Prime would likely be a. HD remaster of the Wii trilogy pack.

I think there are more first party Wii games I would want HD remasters of (Punch Out, Mario Galaxy 1 & 2)

Mario Galaxy 1&2 would be a instant buy (hopefully if it did happen, they'd release it as a double pack), I'd also be very surprised if we didn't get a Skyward Sword remaster at some point as well.

As for GameCube games? I'd be happy if they just brought Thousand Year Door to the Switch.

Forgot about Paper Mario TTYD, that would be a great HD remaster to get for Switch!

HD remasters for TTYD, F-Zero GX, Galaxy 1 & 2, Prime Trilogy would be brilliant. I’d take Prime Trilogy though.

Would Prime Trilogy work as well on Switch as Wii/U?

They could always offer moti9n controls via the right Joycon and standard analog/buttons for handheld mode

I would love to see a HD remaster of Starwars: Rouge Squadron 2! One of my favourite games for the Gamecube and would more than happy to buy that again.

Hi Switch squad, I have an SD card related question.

Say I got a Switch and used a relatively small SD card to download indie titles and the like. Is it possible to store the game itself on the SD card and the save file for that game on the console's internal memory?

If at a later point I decided the card was too small and I purchased a new one. Any Nintendo online shop purchases I'd made previously would be downloadable for no extra charge a second time on the new card, right?

Yes. I think it defaults to storing on the sd card if you have one installed.

But it's possible to override those defaults for save files?

No I think they only live in the switch memory. When I swapped my sd card for a bigger one the saves were still on the switch
