I haven't played on my Switch recently, dude. I was enjoying Breath of the Wild but I haven't returned to it for a few weeks now. What games are you playing?

Really enjoying playing through Captain Toad again. It’s such a beautifully crafted game. A simple premise, but so well done.

I agree, it works really well on the Switch (at least in handheld). My only issue is the touch screen alternative for docked play, doesn't work quite as well.

I always play docked.

(Edit: I ought to add that the last time I turned the thing on was probably over three months ago now.)

i think the docked switch play better.

Still spending most of my gaming time on my Switch at the moment, it's just so easy to fire up a quick game even when the TV is otherwise occupied. Whilst the wife has been watching Love Island the last few weeks I've been powering through Hollow Knight. :D

I love that I can just wake up my Switch when I have some free time and continue with Xenoblade. I never would have sunk nearly 60 hours into Xenoblade this year without that feature :toot:

Me too, there's no way I would have spent half as much time on Zelda, Xenoblade or many other games if it weren't for this convenience!

Xenoblade in particular is great for this as it has some really impressive loading times for such a big game. :toot:

What's the best way to pay for games on the japanese store? Thinking of trying Taiko.

Octopath and Cap'n Toad did well in Japan, #1 and #2 respectively, with 110,111 copes of Octopath sold and 41.852 for Toad (which is higher than the WiiU debut). Toad also sold 14,558 on 3DS. The WiiU ports are clearly worthwhile, now can we have TMS#fe, Xenoblade Chronicles X and The Wonderful 101 please. :shifty:

I bought Taiko. The joycon controls seem a bit temperamental.

I didn't even know it was out yet.

Man, I had to jump through some strawberry floatin' hoops to download it.

There sure are some loading screens in here, huh.

Captain Toad and Tropical Freeze are on their way to me for my birthday.

Check out my YouTube channel!
One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

Tempted to get both these even though I have them both on Wii U. I did only manage to play some of Tropical Freeze though so would really like to play the rest without having to ship my Wii U over

How far into the adventure are you, Fisher? Have you escaped the Great Plateau yet?
