Yeah, it's relatively manageable compared to, say, the Wii or the PS2. Having said that, I've never quite understood the attraction of collecting a complete set for any machine... some games out there are just dire; why would you want them?

And, yes, I'm talking about games worse than some of those that I buy  .

I've thought about it, there's only a couple of hundred games out there for it so it would be relatively easier to get them all and display or store them.

What games do we reckon are going to be heavily sought after in years to come?

I've kept hold of my copy of Star Fox Zero purely because I reckon additional Star Fox Guard disc will be in demand. Similar download-centric games that had a limited disc release will probably go down well, like Fast Racing Neo.

I think the Wii U is going to be quite collectible as it is in that position of being a console made by a popular company but didn't sell well. It helps that many games will be hard to emulate without having some form of Gamepad in place.

In terms of games, weak, unpopular titles such as Barbie and the like will probably prove hard to find. Big named but poorly received titles like Walking Dead Survival Instinct, Sonic Boom and Transformers could also be tough to obtain. For well-reviewed titles, I fancy Xenoblade Chronicles X to be a hard game to locate in future years.

The console itself should - in good condition - keep its value, too, and Pro Controllers may be difficult to pick up.

I am wary of the day that Nintendo will turn off support for the machine, in terms of online play, game updates and Miiverse. As with other newer consoles, some games may become unplayable without having access to the appropriate game updates.

Because you're hoarding all the copies, no doubt.

I only bought games that looked cool, rather than getting any old rubbish.

So, yeah, I have those three :datass: .

Warner had suggested that it would but the game is not listed by Argos (who are the exclusive UK retailer of the game on PS4, XBO and Switch) and the Wii U logo has been removed from the official game site. It seems unlikely that Lightning will strike the U :( ...

It's quite odd. In the USA the game is coming out for PS4, XBO, Switch, PS3, 360 and Wii U. I don't know why Argos, as the exclusive UK retailer, is not stocking the game for all formats. I'd be keen to get the U version if it was launched here.

A further odd twist... the game is now listed on the eShop (UK / Europe) as being a disc and digital release. I can't trace anywhere that is selling the Wii U disc version, though. I'm sure that Argos have the exclusive retail rights but they're still only listing it for the three main formats.

Don't worry, Club Uvians - I know that many of you are desperate to find out more about this situation and so I'll endeavour to discover the truth.

Picked up Paper Mario Colour Splash this morning in my local Game for £9.99. Might be worth checking yours. In typical Game style the preowned copy next to it was £27.99.

Nice! I really should get back to that, alas I wasn't keen on the battle system but loved the writing/visuals (even at 30fps grr grr) and clever world design, the way levels link back to each other are often very creative.

Today in my local GAME, Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival was £9.99 brand new with the 2 Amiibo. £40 second hand without the Amiibo (unless they're kept behind the till).
