A great game on release that just keeps getting better with each iteration.

I went back to the game last night after the patch dropped and two of my planets I had named have been reset (I'm still in the first system) and it's whole geography and atmosphere changed

The discoveries for it's previous version were still there though

Might get this when it becomes a tenner (not fussed if on PC or PS4).

I don't get why you'd want to pick it up for a tenner, Deaths. It seems that the game hasn't appealed to you and, if you're not wiling to pay out the current price of £14 for it, why even spend £10? Save that money and put it towards something you're keen to play .

Hah, I don't really buy any games until they get near to £10 - currently playing Doom which I picked up for £11. There are so many games out there I can wait them out. A good game will still be a good game.

PlayStation Plus users can get this in a sale for £13.99. I don't see it falling lower than this before the PSN 12 Days of Christmas sale (in December).

Think again. It was £9.99 2nd hand in Smyth's Toys recently. It is currently £12 at CEX. Actually, might pick it up from there as I still have £135 credit....

I think this is in 4K/ HDR now isn't it?

Yes, gf, that mode is available for folk who have the necessary kit.

I need to devote a little time to getting back into the swing of this. I put in the hours on the original version of the game, but a lot has changed since then through the Foundation and Path Finder updates. I'm looking forward to getting into the new gameplay.
