Played my first raid tonight, VoG I think it was. I'm only level 25 but others in the party were higher, we got up to the Templar. Been on 25 for ages, only got Ascendancy things from the raid, and when I did get a legendary helmet it was for Warlock only

Sorry guys my internet crapped out on me. Hope you got past that sodding bit.
The CE run bagged me the complete armour set bar the helmet. In terms of light/defence levels, I may be better of sticking to the shop-bought stuff - the radiant energy is slim pickings to upgrade stuff.

Anyone going to be out tomorrow for the Nightfalls? I'll be available from about 6:15-7:45pm and then again after 9:30pm. I can do a raid tomorrow night if we start late too.

So having just finished the "story" (Ha!) I'm looking to see what's next. I've got a Lvl 18 Warlock and just wondering where to go from here.
I know I'm far, far too underpowered for Raids etc, so am I basically moving onto Strikes to level up and get new loot?
Also how essential/waste of time is the Dark Below?

I'll run strikes with you get you marks and vanguard rep. Just keep doing them until you are high enough to do heroic weekly, raid and nightfall. That's what I did.

I think the dlc was worth it now even if it is quite little in terms of levels but it's already limited so anything that expands it is great.

I spent over 185 hours on Destiny and I don't think I've ever played this amount of hours before. It's addictive to keep coming back again and again, but I love it.

It won't be long until House of Wolves arrives and that should keep me playing until the next one such as Comet.

Oh, I must say Bungie managed something to bring from Call of Duty veterans players to Destiny as almost all of my mates just gave up with Advanced Warfare. Most of them just sold their copies instantly afterwards they finished the main campaign. On some day, I can see more than nine players on Destiny at same time and it's incredible really.

Cheers. I had planned on doing them with a mate, but he's not that big a gamer. I only got him on PS+ last week and using the headset was a revelation for him.

Do the bounties every day, and as soon as you hit 20 (which shouldn't be long), you want to be doing anything which gives blue engrams, to boost your light level. You'll need help, but get into the weekly heroic strike and also the daily heroic strikes.

Well how about this, I'll do a Nightfall with Cooldawn and Ric at 6:15ish, then as you've both just got the one character (I think) I'll do one with Buff and Patty afterwards at about 6:45, then at 9:30 we all meet back up for a double VoG run, normal then hard?

Just want to say have fun guys over the next couple of weeks . I'm off on my hols to Brazil so won't be doing any Destiny gaming for quite some time. I'll be on the forum of course as i'm that sad and i just can't leave this place even when i'm away.

I'm available but not until after 9.30 as usual.
I've not done anything this week yet so any help will be greatly appreciated .
