Hi, I’m Richard also from SONM I did post on here a while ago when the two forums linked up, I will be fully moving over once SONM is sadly closed down

How do I add a signature? I can’t find it in my members area,

Go to the User Control Panel (top right, beside the search function), go to Profile, and it's in there.

Also, welcome! It's always nice to see new faces.

You have to make 20ish posts before you can set a signature or use certain BBcodes.

Hello all, I'm Sander from the SONM forum. I come from Belgium, born in 2001, and I have always played Nintendo games. I also like to learn new languages, as I learn English, French, German and Spanish at school and Russian and Korean on my own. Dutch is my native language. And last but not least, I support Arsenal FC.

MrChewtoy here. Very active on ONM's forum when the magazine was still around (joined when I was 16 and had all the free time in the world), barely alive at all on SONM, but happy to see the legacy lives on over here!

Evening all, here from the SONM forums, thought I best introduce myself like the thread title states!

Greetings! It's great to see that a lot of the community are making the transition.

Hello new people.

Be good to see some new faces around these parts.

I fear that this kind of mass integration is only going to lead to social unrest and a referendum on splitting the forum. Are SONM members going to impose straight bananas on us and send their benefits back home?

When SONM sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems. They're bringing posts. They're bringing threads. They're forumites. And some, I assume, are good people.

Here is a decent, ordinary fellow GRcader, who in broad daylight in my own threads says to me, his fellow Member, that the forum will not be worth posting on for his children. I simply do not have the right to shrug my shoulders and think about something else. What he is saying, thousands and hundreds of thousands are saying and thinking – not throughout the whole forum, perhaps, but in the areas that are already undergoing the total transformation to which there is no parallel in a thousand years of GRcade history. We must be mad, literally mad, as a forum to be permitting the inflow of some 50,000 SONMomites, who are for the most part the material of the future growth of the immigrant descended population. It is like watching a forum busily engaged in heaping up its own funeral pyre. So insane are we that we actually permit SONMomites to immigrate for the purpose of founding a family with spouses and fiancées whom they have never seen.
