I'm looking forward to traditional North Korean cuisine making it's way to takeaways here in the UK.

Exactly, the only hand Trump had in getting this to happen was by threatening to destroy North Korea. He would have been happier with a war, i guarantee it.

Everyone involves deserves credit, including Kim Jong Un.
I just can't abide hypocrites and people who care more about which side they're on than the issues themselves. I find trump revolting, but I'm grateful that this has taken place and have to applaud the man if he has contributed to it. The problem with politics is that lines are drawn before an issue is even discussed, and it lead to this infuriating perpetual limbo of nothingness. If people cared more about getting things done, than defending their side and attacking the 'opposition' maybe we'd make.more progress as a society.
America will help rebuild North Korea's economy if it agrees to give up its nuclear weapons, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said.
The US would be "prepared to work with North Korea to achieve prosperity on the par with our South Korean friends", he told reporters on Friday.
Mr Pompeo, who has just returned from Pyongyang, said he had "good" talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
Mr Kim and President Donald Trump will meet in Singapore on 12 June.
The two leaders, who had previously exchanged insults and threats, made the announcement after landmark talks between North and South Korea in April.
