Nurofen or Paracetamol?

I've got a headache, and am in the enviable position of having both Ibuprofen and Paracetamol at my Disposal? How about that then, eh?

Which of these should I take?

I don't know why I did this.

As a complete aside, where's HoC these days? Haven't seen him in ages.

I always take Ibuprofen over paracetamol, if only because it's an anti-inflammatory aswell as a pain reliever.

My mum takes both simulataneously :/

Isn't Neurofen just ibuprofen + paracetamol + caffeine?

I'm not sure on that, but most flu remedies are just that.

You can take ibuprofen and paracetemol together safely. Though as someone's said, pretty sure Nurofen has more ingredients than just ibuprofen, so I'd check before taking both together. If not, just Nurofen.

I'm pretty sure you can take Nurofen (Coedine) and Paracetomal together for a kick ass Pain killer experience.

When I had my Armpit incident last year, it's what my Doc advised, and it was the only concoction that took the bad men away.

I only ever take co-codamol. I can't take Ibuprofen and Paracetamol never seems to do anything. Morphine is always good though. Mm, sweet, sweet Morphine.

I want some more.

I've got some codeine, if you want that?
