Anyone know why the first two races are on Saturday rather than Sunday? Just looked at the calendar and the first two races are on the 2nd and 9th of March.

In order to fit the races around the Islamic religious period Ramadan, which begins on March 22nd next year, the first two rounds will be held on Saturdays. F1 hasn’t held a race outside a Sunday since 1985,

Thought there would be a reason, just threw me is all.

Wandered past the London AlphaTauri store again today.

It's all closed up and shut down.

I think the 'coming soon' signs were up longer than they were actually trading.

There was also the fact that in London at least, you have Harrods barely 5 minutes up the road which is crammed with all the top high end brands offering much more interesting looking goods for the exact same price point.

No more blue in the livery, bit sad about that.

A little less bare carbon around the back than last year which is nice.

I mean it’s better than 2023’s starting livery from McLaren, that was a very low bar to start from though, so while this is an improvement, it’s not exactly great.

Looks like they copied alfa romeos livery amd just changed the colours to papaya and black
