My favourite gaming moment is starting up a VT for the first time in Steel Battalion.

The first time I played RE,after reading so much about it and waiting and waiting for it to hit the saturn, a style of game Ive never experienced before and one that has not been re-created since. I was so happy to own it.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

So, I downloaded the Knothole Island DLC, and as I was playing an evil character, I decided to sacrifice a villager at the tomb by the village. The sheer joy of my long-lost dog reappearing cannot be put into mere words.

EDIT: By the way, feel free to talk about your own joyful gaming experiences.

By which I mean they don't make my cry like a baby. I can still feel fun. After all, that is what they are supposed to do.

And games are toys. The only people who say they aren't are in denial. You are playing with a toy. Learn to accept it, and move on.

Right, this is what really pisses me off. Anyone else on this forum would say "okay, I do get emotionally invested in games, just not to the point of crying", but in your usual style you have to sound as condescending as possible and explain that there was some hidden meaning in your post which we were all supposed to guess.

You contradicted yourself. Learn to accept it, and move on.

I would say I play games to relax and have fun that way, but then I realised the most relaxing game I have is probably Far Cry 2. So yeah, that's not it.

Are you saying he's one of those retarded children with retard strength? How else would he have beaten up his old man and a group of women in the bar?

I think of myself as more of a savant. How else would I have maintained aircraft for six years?

Is it made of lego?

gooseberry fool we better get back on topic before saddamhours locks this thread.

Happiest moments of gaming life? I wouldn't say I've got massive peaks, but a lot of enjoyable moments have come from my teamplay moments with some of the Steam guys on this forum in TF2, Left 4 Dead, but especially from Battlefield 2142, reviving my squaddies left, right and centre to go on to rape the round. Taking down Titans is especiall enjoyable, actually I just remembered one that I can say was one of my most memorable moments and made me quite happy; when I and my team mates took out a titan and then parachuted all the way down and survived, I got a medal for it. Was too awesome for words.
