What's the point of building a station with several tracks when your trains ignore the empty platforms and all try to pile on to the one track? I used to be able to click on the bit of station track I wanted my train to go to, not so it seems with this version :?

What bit of the platform you click on has never made a difference to where the train goes you need to use signals.

Pacman by 2044 you should really be making more money than that

I actually just use seperate tracks, it's much easier and the trains never slow down for signals.

You get more money for moving materials a greater distance. Its more economical to move them to further away destinations, especially if you can get the trains to hit top speed for a lot of the journey. If he moved the red coal to the blue power station then he actually ends up making less money per unit of coal moved.

I really should get involved in these multiplayer shenanigans.

Also, the longer it takes your train to get back to it's starting point, the more will pool up and it'll instantly fill up.

What's your point? All that means is your train is out longer. The stuff still piles up at the same rate.

But as it turns out, what Raxicori is saying is true.

Anyway. (Ignore the top four boxes with all the passengers. It's the rankings and graphs I'm interested in.)

I honestly can't wait to log in in the morning and see what's happened.

Yes but a train sitting in the station is dead money, they need to be kept moving so giving an industry time to stockpile supplies at your station means less time waiting to fill up.

I've just downloaded and installed a version of OpenTTD that claims to run on any PSP (official firmwares too). Initial menu screen works. If anyone is interested then I'll let you know if it works ok.

This may be old news, if so then ignore.
