I hope my partner is better at making them this year, otherwise I will be going to a local hotel, I love pancakes but it is strange how I only have them once a year

Well it's the law. Pancakes can only be consumed on Pancake Day :|

If only there was some way you could ensure the pancakes made were of sufficient quality...

I know the chief at Thoresby Hall wont let me down, my Mum also makes them exactly how I like them but my parents are away at the moment

Lemon and sugar all the way. Also it has to be proper crepe style pancakes - none of this fluffy American bollocks.

Not sure I'll actually have any pancakes tonight. I'm a lemon and sugar traditionalist. Also it's shrove Tuesday, goddamit

It's OK, I don't expect Enternians to follow the same holidays as us Brits.

On site in Sheffield today. They're all having pancakes with gravy.

Clearly the North South divide still separates this country.

It's basically fried Yorkshire pudding so not too unusual.

My dad made pancake lasagne once, it was good! Also my pancake hating sister lost her gooseberry fool when she found out the secret ingredient

Why don't you make them Richard? Why does someone else have to do it for you? I'm just curious.

I don’t want to do certain things and cooking is one of them, why have a dog and bark yourself (joke)

To be fair to Richard, I'm crap at making pancakes but I'll happily eat as many as my mum can cook. I'll be going over to her house this evening purely to eat pancakes :toot:

Not wanting to cook is tragic really.
