But pancakes are incredibly easy to make yourself and taste way better than that packaged tat.

I'm very disappointed in you.

Pancakes are impossible to make without the ingredients.

Nope, an omelette is made with egg only (plus whatever filling you want), a pancake is made from a batter ie flour, milk and egg whisked together.

I had some crepes with mango and yam ice cream earlier on.

Bit different than my usual Pancake Tuesday, I'm currently in Malaysia staying with my girlfriend's family :D

Pancake day always reminds that pancakes are both the tastiest and easiest food to make and that they should be eaten everyday.

If you buy pancake mix or, even worse, ready made pancakes, you deserve a slow painful death.

Ready made microwavable pancakes is the only way to go

I mean really it's just going to taste of golden syrup and sugar anyway

If people can now walk into a supermarket and buy a frozen baked potato with a straight face I can damn sure buy a pre-made pancake.

Those kingsmill doorstops didn't fall out of a tree did they? At some point the revolting decision was made that someone put those things in the basket/trolley instead of the ingredients for some lovely fresh pancakes.

I don't know, man. I don't do the shopping.

I did supply the maple syrup, though. Brought it from a trip to Canada.
