Yeah, Jim Ryan is not a natural public speaker. He always makes me think of going into an unknown pub up north somewhere then when you're minding you're own business drinking a lemon-lime this drunken guy comes up to pissed out his head, with half his shirt hanging out his trousers, then sticks his face right up to yours, so you can smell his stinky drunken breath, then ask (half-slurring, half-shouting) 'HAVE YOU GOT A PROBLEM?'
