I went for another sub 24, a bit hillier and windier today. Got 23:16 which i was happy with - I was aiming to beat the PB of one of the younger guys at work, which i managed by 6s.

I completed my 2nd Parkrun this year and my first full Parkrun (without walking breaks) since my return from injury. I plan on running it most weeks now but I will just be going round easy and not pushing myself at this time.

I went to Wisbech Parkrun which is near to my house and ran a 25:06. I'm going to try and get my P Index up-to 4 which I can do in 5 runs. Its a silly thing to do but for some reason my brain likes it, there is something tidy about it.

A few of us run Parkruns is it worth adding some of our Parkrun numbers to the main page so we can see how each of us are doing or there is a few Parkrun apps which tracks your challenges/badges progress.

Managed to take 1 minute and 2 seconds off my local parkrun today. Down from 21:48 to 20:46 and it is a hilly parkrun!

Parkrun 89 today at Wisbech.
Slower than last week but it was bloody windy and I'm not really running for time at the moment.
4 more parkruns to get to P Index of 4.

Sub-20 is big! Well done, Rubix.

I'm determined to do my first Parkrun for what must be at least two years soon. Feeling in half-decent shape, although I don't expect I'll be much under 25 minutes-or-so, at least not to begin with.

Well done- still on my goal list, hopefully before I get too old.

Did my 1st parkrun in a while on the 13th at Phillips Parkrun in Manchester (near the Ethiad). Was enjoyably hilly (which was not really what I was after as I recover from injury- but was fun at the time)

I paced for 30min, i got 29:40. Im overcooking the drift on strava, that 20s was closer to 1min. I tend to lose about 15s at the start anyway, then i get a bit over enthusiastic.
