Yes - you need to 'confirm' the card first though; to do this they'll debit your card £1 and then when this debit shows up in your account, it will do so with a four digit reference code. Enter this code into Paypal and it will confirm the card and then you can use Paypal to instantly withdraw funds from the bank account linked to the card. (Paypal then refund you the quid!)

This is what you have to do if you don't confirm the card you use, or if you need to pay straightaway and can't wait for the confirmation process to go through (the £1 gets debited straightaway but it normally takes a couple of days for the code to show up)
