Can a paypal gift payment be reversed by the buyer? Am looking to sell something, but am not 100% sure whether it is the way to go tbh.

I don't think so, it isn't for buying things so there is no seller / buyer protection.

Nope would never ever scam anyone, was just concerned about fees etc. Anyway decided the official route is best.
