Limelight

Limelight is an open source implementation of NVIDIA's GameStream protocol. We reverse-engineered the protocol used by the NVIDIA Shield and implemented a set of 3rd party clients.

What does this mean for you? Limelight allows you to stream your full collection of Steam games from your GFE compatible PC to any of your supported devices.

The Skyrim video looks pretty good so I'm going to try my hand at getting this to work on my S3 in the morning. Steam Home Streaming means that, for me, this will be more of a case of seeing it work because it can be done as I'd rather use my laptop than my phone to stream PC games. Nonetheless, it's a pretty cool development.

Trying to decide what games to get with the voucher that came with my new graphics card. I'm going for Banner Saga. Got another 2 to choose. Excluding all the games I've already got, my choices are between...

Thief
Murdered : Soul Suspect
Dungeon Siege III
Darksiders 2
Sniper Elite 3

Yeah, Hitman, Thief, Darksiders 2 are gooseberry fool, no idea about Dungeon Siege 3. Murdered is great but you can get it for a tenner. Sniper Elite 3 seems to be the choice.

I can choose 3 so Banner Saga, Murdered and Sniper Elite 3 it is.

I don't think it's healthy to put 80 hours into FM14 in 3 weeks time. :shock:

I remember why I stopped playing FM games , so addictive. I play it at home, at work, during rush hour. I even started making formations on my lunch break etc.

Good choice. I would have recommended the same games mainly because the latter two cost more out of the ones I would play.

Is there any particular Wii classic controller USB adapter that people recommend?

I connect the Classic Controller to my Wiimote which is connected to my PC via bluetooth. It works wonderfully well.

Just saw that Actua Soccer 3 is on steam. I swear anything that can be found is being released on the strawberry floating thing at the moment.

Laptop doesn't have Bluetooth, that's why I'm after an adapter. I've got a USB dongle but I'd rather just plug it straight in to an adapter since there's no need for batteries.

That thread is quite out of date - we aren't on PCS for one thing.

I tend to avoid anything to do with bluetooth if possible as my experience with the technology is that it is only barely reliable.
