KF2 already has a bloody steam store page with a very basic faq in discussions.

Killing Floor 2 FAQ
To help answer many of the most frequently asked questions I've put together (and will be adding to) this FAQ.

1) What engine is the game running on?

A heavily modified Unreal Engine 3. We'll be talking more about it in the future.

2) Why not UE 4?

When we started work on KF, UE 4 was not an option and switching at this point would likely add an additional 2 years to the project (and un-needed cost).

3) What is the price?

TBD - This is something we are still deciding on

4) When will it be released?

When it is done

5) What about early access?

Unknown - we are still working hard to get to the point where we can firmly decide that its ready for early access.

Is this a Steamworks title?

Yes

6) Will it have Linux support?

Yes, Linux and SteamOS.

7) What about other platforms?

We are still evaluating other options.

8) Will it have an SDK/Be moddable?

Yes it will. If you want to get started early grab the last UE 3 build of the UDK and start working with that and pay attention to our KF 2 modding forums. We will be adding in items such as Scale and other useful information.

9) What about ANYTHING HERE?

We aren't ready to talk about too much just yet but that will change as we charge ahead so stay tuned for the latest news.

Killing floor was pretty good, although you really need more than 2 people. I am pretty sure someone on here gave me that game.

I got Space Engineers the other day. It is pretty fun making a space ship, although the controls can get very frustrating. I hope they continue to work on it, and don't just leave it half finished. However the engine struggles to cope when two huge ships shooting missiles at each other collide, and since that is the whole point of the game, it can be disappointing.

They update it quite a bit, and interact with the community quite a bit and they genuinely do seem to want to make the best game they are able to make.

Thought Id play a bit of GO on my new monitor, dropped into my first ever competitive PUG. Two of my team quit out, the others didnt speak english.

Played out of my strawberry floating skin and we got the win. I dont know if its the fact that the game runs much smoother now I can turn framelimit off, or just because its matured a bit, but I really enjoyed that.

Did you normally used to play at 60fps? But yea having a 120hz screen would give you a much better experience over a normal 60hz one. I was considering getting one of the benq monitors waz has. But for £250 I'd rather invest in a new gpu atm.

Yeah I was previously on 60. 144 now. Got it cheap at £340 but worth every penny.

Aiming in everything just feels a million times better.

Just seen that Humblebundle are doing a different bundle each day, calling it a rebundle. First up is the Deep silver bundle one that has been before. So it is possible we will be seeing all their old bundles again over the next 2 weeks

First up Deep Silver bundle: Saints Row: The Third, Saints Row 2, Risen 2: Dark Waters, Sacred 2: Gold Edition, pay over the average for Dead Island GOTY, Saints Row: The Third - The Full DLC Package, Metro 2033, Risen, Sacred Citadel. Or $9 to include Dead Island: Riptide - Complete Edition

Ive played games at higher framerates, some games run over 100fps easily, It has no effect on me anyway. Once its at least 60, i dont care about going higher

Games look fine at 30fps to me anyway

Brer when you say you've played games that those framerates, do you mean on a monitor capable of outputting greater than 60Hz?

We should migrate GRcade to Flarum. :toot:

Well, if he's saying it had no difference, I'd imagine that's the case, otherwise he'd have mentioned the juddery tearing mess it became over 60.
