A lot better than launch. Youll still get the occasional dip but even those are like by 10fps now whereas at launch it was more like 20 or 30. Well worth playing now.
Just to chip in on this one, I restarted Dishonored 2 recently in preparation for Death of the Outsider and have to say that for me the difference in performance is incredible - I think a solid 60FPS on this kind of game makes such a difference.
It was always playable enough but had so many wonky sections where it would lurch from being in the 50s to the 30s or even lower for no apparent reason. Now it is almost always at a steady 60 - I've only experienced one section which had any kind of noticeable dip and that was nothing compared to what it was like on launch.
For reference I'm running a i5 4690k with a GTX970.
