Down the free to play version off Steam, a lot of people still play that.

But anyway, good to see so many are getting the new Trackmania. Think I'll get it then.

You won't regret it. If you order it before Wednesday you might be able to still get into the MP beta. Definitely worth £20.

I've tried making a map, but i can't decide on how I want it to be, apart from at night, there aren't many using night as a setting yet. I sort-of want it to be winding through lots of water canyons, over bridges, through tunnels, that sort of thing. Possibly passing over, under and around an improbably oil facility in the middle, but apart from that i'm not sure

As I was saying, yes, I will be getting Trackmania 2.

I've taken the plunge on TM2, will try and figure out a dedicated server for it too.

Yes, I have it sitting waiting to be unlocked in my Steam account. Played the demo: love at first play. No doubt because I like it, it's 'crap'. Ho-hum.

Mine went down too, was about to get some screenshots of my amazing car (wash) model for the original Trackmania, but never did. I'll have to see what I can do later.

One of my friends found a copy of Half Life 2 in his work, and since he knew I was a fan, gave it to me. Problem is, it's a used copy. It's not going to work, is it? :cry:
