New geforce drivers are out and are pretty good:

Maf, i am disappoint.
Sort it out, that bit is easy. Just keep looking at the librarians and keep moving and they wont attack. And if they do attack, you can just shoot the strawberry floaters anyway. Few rounds from the automatic shotgun and they go down like a filipino hooker.
They unnerve me

What happened to the frame limiter that was to be part of a future Nvidia driver update?

Just Cause 2 is great. Is it even possible to see everything in this game? Apparently I've played it for 10h30 and there's still two big chunks of the map I haven't even seen.

I went through it on PS3, but I'm tempted to back to this on PC, it is an absolute time-sink and quite good. However I also might go back to Far Cry 2 for the same reason.

So, Postal III.
Wow, it's bad. And not like Postal 2, which manages to be enjoyable inspite of itself. Or Duke Nukem Forever massively disappointing This is just full on, unbelievably shocking, poor quality.
And this is coming from someone who enjoyed both prequels. Seriously, don't even buy this during a Steam sale. I don't even know why Valve have this on Steam.

Mafia II
Steam - £19.99
Amazon - £7.50
Metro 2033
Steam - £14.99
Amazon - £6.76
The Witcher 2
Steam - £25.99
Amazon - £20.33
Kinda thought it would be the other way round really.
Will be a lot cheaper in the Steam sales. I don't bother with new releases now tbh, just wait a few months and they're usually 50%+ off on a steam sale.
Just to let you know about the Witcher 2 although it's more on Gog.com, you will get a free upgrade to the enhanced edition when it comes out and there is no DRM on their games.

a) Free upgrade to enhanced edition will apply to
all copies of Witcher 2, regardless of where you buy it, and
b) Retail DRM was removed in patch two or three.

Thinking of going to this on Saturday:
http://www.amdheaven.com/ it's a free event in London:

In addition to plenty of tech and games to admire and enjoy, there will be plenty of fantastic prizes to be won and gaming competitions to take part in, as well as a special gift for everyone lucky enough to attend.
Here are just some of the activities we have planned:
3D Demonstration Area
The SteelSeries Shootout "Challenge-A-Pro"
Overclocking Area
Dirt3 Racing Challenge

Eyefinity Demonstration Area
And much, much more!
Thought it might be of interest to regulars in this thread.

I've got AMD, cyclists, indie developers, and transexuals on the list so far.
