I think Hans' original suggestion was "Free the Paedos" - The Swan and Paedo was his attempt to compromise! :D

It was, I preferred the compromise as it sounds like a proper pub.

Seen him do a DJ set a few months back. He was pretty smashed, and stayed in delightful character. Also, held a note to give a sense of dread. Brilliant.

gooseberry fool, how did I not know about this thread.

I've been watching the Peep Show for the first time and I finished series 4 not long ago, which has to be one of the most brilliant series of comedy I've ever seen.

Do we have a legendary ranking order akin to the Die Hard 1>3>2>4?

Apart from a slight dip towards the very end they're all as good as each other to be honest.

I reckon I rewatch Peep Show at least once a year. It never gets old.

Recently rewatched the first 3 series on a plane trip, I'd forgotten just how funny it is.

The 'picnic' being shown on tv had me howling.

ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

"that, that's our picnic! You can't see the kettle chips!"

*phone rings*

"Mum we were having a picnic, there were 3 kinds of dips!"

And eat oven chips. Out of the bag. Frozen. Until I throw up on my myself.

The wedding episode is my favourite one. Surprise! It's meee! I surprised you. What a brilliant joke!

Another good one is the dinner party episode in the last season. And the flat party one in season 6.

I love the wedding episode. It's got so much. The Melon Off. Super Hans trying to sexually assault Nancy. Jizzcock. Pisskidney. The prayer bucket. Super Hans' not-so-dry heaves.

I also love the Christmas special, Season's Beatings. The simmering passive aggression. It's basically like every Christmas I've ever had.

Elena is lovely-looking, but she annoys the hell out of me  (Not in a way that detracts from the show, I just hate flighty women like that.)

Cauliflower cheese is one of my 10/10 dishes, so it's traditional in my family. Cauliflower on its own can strawberry float off, though.

Needs a poll. But include cauli cheese, please.

Sorry, cauli cheese is not traditional and deserves to be nowhere near a plate at any time, let along strawberry floating Christmas. :x
