Fairly certain i'm about to get diagnosed with diabetes, numb feet and feel rough after eating sugar, first thing the doc asked me was any history of diabetes. Made the switch to sugar free drinks and they don't effect me like sugar does. Diet pepsi is the only one that tastes ok though.

Type 2 diabetics often only get diagnosed incidentally as the symptoms are more mild than Type 1. Feeling rough is one symptom, but increased thirst and urination are other common presenting factors. I assume you're getting the blood test done to see what's going on.

Diabetic foot symptoms are more commonly complications of poor diabetic control rather than initial signs of the disease. Obviously if you're diagnosed very late you may have started to develop diabetic complications.

Awaiting results. Totally avoiding sugar now as a precaution. Only thing i'm really missing is still authentic lemonade.

'E-numbers' are just codes used to label substances that can be used as food additives. It's the chemical component - some are good, some are bad. Many are found in food naturally, E300 for example.
