4x09- Probably my favourite episode of the season so far. Enrico Colantoni always brings a sense of gravitas to Elias so I was pleased he wasn't killed off to shore up the more boring Dominic.

Shaw trying to play on Root's feelings for her was just mean though. Poor Root.

Show number 3 and 4 with Agent Lennox were phenomenal.

Dominic is a badass....

Only if you haven't started watching Season 4 up to episode 4.

Hell even Finch being a badass with the missile sale was great. Him and Elias working together should be great!

At least we got a really good scene with them. The Machine's imagining of Root and Shaw's conversation in the simplified simulation was incredible:

-Overly affectionate greeting.
-Greeting.
-Transparent rationale for conversation.
-Annoyed attempt to deflect subtext.
-Overt come on.
-Mildly embarrassed offensiveness bordering on hostility.
-Playfully witty sign off.
