Well, yeah. It all depends on which way round you say it. It would be "my friend and I" if you said, "My friend and I would like to be photoshopped," but not when you say, "Photoshop my friend and me." Remove anything to do with your friend from the sentence and it becomes obvious.

I wish I had some mad Photoshop skills so that I could properly contribute to this thread, but alas, I do not. Hopefully the following picture will make up for it.
