I took a shrivelled looking cactus out of a pot I liked and swapped it for a better one. OUTRAGEOUS.

All the shops you buy from seem to sleep easily enough in the knowledge of how much they're stealing from you... :shifty:

That anecdote came in quite useful in a client meeting yesterday so I'm pretty grateful, with regards to how markups can pretty much be whatever the hell you want so don't worry about cost etc.

Richard you must have either a hell of a lot of money or you're living a lifestyle you can't afford in credit that'll blow up one day. Either way enjoy dude

In a year's time, make sure you chuck a few quid to the guy selling the big issue surrounded by cats..

Hickman's run is great! I have the collection in HCs because it was a lot cheaper than omni, but I am jealous of the omni for the pretty and easy reading order. Though, I did get my Infinity second hand and it's signed by Opena.

That run all the way to the end of Secret Wars is my favourite run ever.

Found this legendary Beano 50th anniversary issue today in a box marked '4 comics for £1' at an antiques warehouse in Bridport.

Image

I had one as a kid but it was lost during a house move and so to finally track one down after all these years is quite an achievement as far as i'm concerned (though sadly the free poster was long gone).

On that topic, I'm desperately trying to track down an issue of the dandy from that time which published a cartoon of mine. I know it was from around then because I got sent a beano 50th anniversary poster as a prize (it was a giant 50 cake with characters all eating their way through it.

Any ideas where to start? Is there an online archive somwhere?
